This page contains information regarding how to use our online camper registration portal, Campwise, and other important registration related information and documents.

2024 Camper Fees

CIT, Pre-Teen, Teen and Summer Round-Up camper fees are all $360 / week.

The fees for the family weekends are based on the age of the campers. The following retreats are included in this pricing:

Spring Family Retreat – May 24-27, 2024 (Memorial Day Weekend)

Family Camp Weekend – August 30-September 2, 2024 (Labor Day Weekend)

Adults – $125
Teen (ages 13-18) – $95
Youth (ages 7-12) – $65
Child (ages 5-6) – $25
Under 5 – FREE

 

The fees for Family Camp Week are based on the age of the campers. This is the pricing for Family Camp Week scheduled from June 29-July 6, 2024.

Cost:
Adults – $235
Teen (ages 13-18) – $180
Youth (ages 7-12) – $120
Child (ages 5-6) – $45
Under 5 – FREE

The trail rides for Pre-Teen and Teen camp are as follows:

Weekly (up to 5 rides depending on weather) – $125

Single Ride – $45

The Summer Round-up session charges additional fees based on the program that is selected. These are the prices for the SRU program offerings:

Archery – $25
Camping – $30
Crafts – $25
Drawing God’s Creation – $25
Marksmanship – $35
Ropes Course – $25
Volleyball – $25

Bring a Friend Discount

If you are a returning camper, you may invite a friend who has never attended a summer camp session at Li-Lo-Li. You and your invited friend will each receive a $50 discount off the price of your session. You can invite multiple friends and receive discounts up to the full cost of the week of camp.

  • The bring a friend discount applies to full weeks of Pre-Teen, Teen and Summer Round-up sessions only.
  • The “friend” cannot be members of your immediate family (i.e. siblings).
  • Both the camper and the friend need to register and attend a camp session.
  • Capacity is limited and is subject to available openings.

In order to receive the discount, you must email the registrar with the following information:

  • Your name and the camp session you are registered to attend.
  • The name of your friend and the session that they plan to attend.
Financial Assistance

We do not want the cost of camp to be a hindrance to being able to attend. We do have financial assistance available. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance, please contact the registrar at [email protected].

Refund Policy

A full refund will be given for amounts paid to camp if the cancellation is provided 30 days or more prior to the session start date or if the cancellation is due to illness or a family emergency. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the session start date, the refund will be minus the $75 registration deposit required.
